Hi, I’m Natalie.

As the founder of a nutritional-based food business in central NC, I provide weekly meal services, catering, private chef, and retreat services. My expertise and commitment to nutrition have established me as a leader in the field. In addition to my culinary work, I am a certified yoga instructor with advanced training in yoga for trauma, depression, and anxiety, advanced breathwork, and Pilates. I am also a mental health practitioner.

Through NatPacks Meals and other culinary services, I channel my passion for wellness, education, and supporting individuals in need. I teach nutrition, yoga, host cooking classes, and guide clients on personal wellness journeys through comprehensive coaching. My services include ready-to-eat, nutritionally intentional meals and extend to leading and educating on wellness in various capacities.

I conduct hands-on cooking and wellness classes at top institutions such as Durham Tech School of Culinary Arts and Hospitality, Cone Health Cancer Center at Wesley Long, and LiveLifeWell. Additionally, I teach wellness for first responder organizations, including Virtual Academy and government agencies.
